online registration form for in envelope with clarification of what event
the payment is for

**REFUND POLICY**
Refunds will only be
granted if canceling from an event prior to 60 days before the event. A
credit for participation in a future USJN event will be given for teams who
notify the tournament director at least 20 days prior to the start of the event.
No credit/refund will be given to teams that cancel 20 days before the event
begins.
>60 days before the event = Refund
59-30 days before the event = USJN Credit
30 days before the event = No Refund/Credit
**All Online Payment Refunds will have a $30 service fee to cover the
processing**
** There is a $50 fee for any returned/bounced checks **
