All club coaches must attend. Coaches will receive lanyards for each player. No player will be admitted to the floor and allowed to play without the lanyard. There will be a $5 replacement fee for lost player lanyards. Please make your travel plans accordingly. All coaches must be in the NCAA system in order to coach on the bench - no exceptions (please bring valid ID). To avoid lines, please come as early in the day as possible.

**This is a STAY AND PLAY event -** U.S. Junior Nationals is implementing a firm Stay to Play policy for this tournament and has appointed USJN Housing as their Official Housing Agency. This simply means that for your team to participate in this tournament, you MUST register your team AND reserve your hotel rooms for U.S. Junior Nationals using the method outlined below. ANY DEVIATION WILL RESULT IN YOUR TEAMS FORFEITURE FROM THE TOURNAMENT. It is required that all team participants book their housing accommodations via the USJN Housing booking site. U.S. Junior Nationals group rates have already been pre-negotiated, and blocks of rooms set aside. Please do not contact the hotels directly as you will not be able to reserve rooms within the USJN blocks unless done through the official housing link. Stay and Play Policy What is USJN Stay and Play policy?

The 2020 USJN (US Junior National Championship) is Stay and Play. This means that in order to compete in the tournament, you must be staying in the official room block that has been set. All reservations must be made through the official housing booking link or through a custom team/club booking link provided by USJN to your housing contact. HOUSING CONTACTS: Please make sure that your parents know that they should NOT call the hotel directly or book through a direct hotel website. These reservations as well as third party bookings (Expedia.com, Hotels.com, etc.,) will not be compliant with the Stay and Play policy. All questions, adjustments, requests or cancellations regarding your reservations must go through USJN as well. USJN guarantees the lowest group rates available (exclusions include unconfirmed room types, non-cancellable rates, employee rates, government rates, advanced purchase rates, AAA and AARP rates). USJN will work with any club or team that may have a special situation (please see Exemptions). Why is there a Stay and Play policy? Reasons for implementing the Stay and Play policy are to increase the amount of room nights available to teams and clubs and to help secure the lowest group rates. By increasing the amount of room nights actualized, USJN can prove to the host cities the positive impact on their local economy, thus building stronger relationships as well as helping to offset event expenses, enabling USJN to keep costs down. Special Situations The following exemptions are allowed but must be verified as explained below. Please email the requested information to aimee.roberts@tcihousing.com. Your subject line should read USJN - 2018 EXEMPTION REQUEST. #1 � CLUB IS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY - If your club is within 75 miles from the venue, you are not required to stay in a hotel.
