Cancellation Policy
Official Cancellation Policy
All U.S. Junior Nationals Tournaments, Blue Star Showcase Events, and Blue Star Camps are subject to cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case that we have to cancel, we will notify all registrants as soon as possible and refund the registration fees.
All hotel reservations, travel, or other cost, are the sole responsibility of the registrants. Therefore, U.S. Junior Nationals and Blue Star Productions will not be held liable for any of those costs incurred in the event of a cancellation.
Refunds will only be granted if canceling from an event prior to 60 days before the event. A credit for participation in a future USJN event within the same calendar event/business year will be given for teams who notify the tournament director between 59-31 days prior to the start of the event. No credit/refund will be given to teams that cancel 30 days before the event begins.
- 60 days before the event = Refund
- 59-31 days before the event = USJN Credit
- 30 days before the event = No Refund/Credit
** All Online Payment Refunds will have a $35 service fee to cover the processing **
** There is a $55 fee for any returned/bounced checks **
